Grey Capital Group is a locally-owned company who purchases real estate in the Greater Rochester community, with the aim of increasing values in our local markets, positively impacting businesses, and ultimately serving the community.

Grey Capital Group purchases, renovates, and rents single family, residential multifamily, and commercial multifamily properties in C to B class neighborhoods in the Rochester area.
In order to minimize risk we purchase under valued properties (physically distressed, under performing rentals, or undervalued) so we are able to recapture our investment with a refinance.

Add value to the property through renovation or by reducing vacancy (active management). (a.k.a. rehab)

Refinance the project using bank financing to reduce the mortgage expense & recapture the capital used to buy the property.

Return capital to our lenders (with interest) and reinvest profits & cash flow into the next deal.
