JACOB
Asset Manager
Jacob is responsible for the financial structuring and management of company assets through the implementation of effective systems and metrics. His experience as an IT professional has led to being well versed in building and maintaining large databases and systems. He excels at resolving challenges with innovative systematic solutions and process improvements that produce increased efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Jake currently owns rental property in the Rochester area and brings that experience to the company as well. Jacob is a Rochester native and currently serves in the Air National Guard after deploying to Ukraine for a year. He currently lives in Penfield, NY.
KAYLA
Operations Manager & Agent
Kayla Fecik is responsible for the investment strategy, underwriting, and construction management. She combines her construction and investment knowledge with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and seamlessly.
A NYS sales agent with Coldwell Banker with an undergraduate degree from Purchase College, Kayla worked in theater and events management in New York City and for a cruise line, before moving into the real estate industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. She ensures all projects meet and exceed our investment criteria and is extremely data driven and focused on the bottom line. Kayla currently resides in Penfield with her Maltipoo, and is involved with several community building charity organizations.
BRAD
Funds Manager
Brad is responsible for underwriting, funds management, and overall investment strategy. He oversees company structuring, company accounts, and development of strategic movements.
Brad currently owns rental properties in the Rochester, Corning, and Washington D.C. areas and is able to bring that experience to the company. He is a Rochester native and currently serves in the Army National Guard, and as a Metropolitan Police Officer in Washington, D.C.
Joe
Financial Strategist
Joe is responsible for the debt structure and financial strategy of the business. He previously owned a boutique fitness center in Kentucky, that he successfully exited in 2019. Joe's experience as a project manager and in new ventures makes him well equipped for managing the business' liabilities. He excels at finding creative solutions to complex problems and developing key relationships.
Joe currently works as a project manager for an engineering company in Rochester. He is a Rochester native with his Bachelors in economics from St. John Fisher College and looks forward to continuing to add value to the community.
Sumner
Underwriter & Bookkeeper
Sumner is responsible for underwriting, bookkeeping, and tenant screening. Leads that meet our initial geographic and list price criteria are analyzed through a two phase, 15+ data point system that is designed to give a holistic perspective of the property. Sumner also manages company financial records to ensure maximum accuracy of business reports.
