This one has a story. We bought this house, and the tenant decided she didn't want to pay us. Given there was a moratorium, our hands were tied. We were resolved just to wait out the moratorium. Then she decided to just up and move out after about 2 months. We only found out because we drove by one day going to another project and there was a U-Haul truck in the driveway! She moved out, and we went all hands on deck to turn this one ourselves.

The house was super beat up, previous landlord didn't care for it very much, rotted subfloor, toilet wasn't level, and they were using a floor heat register as a trash in the bathroom!

New subfloor and plank flooring in the kitchen/bath. Refreshed cabinets, new shower framing and surround, new toilet, vanity, appliances. Paint throughout. This house was in decent shape, except for the kitchen/bath were pretty beat up.

Many late nights painting on our end, but it came out nice! Not bad for a $4000 budget and some elbow grease.
