Property was bought turnkey with 2 tenants in place.

1 tenant went non-performing during COVID, after they moved out we were able to turn the unit and raise to market. Unit had some normal wear and tear but was in decent condition when the tenant left.

Easy paint & carpet turnover. New appliances, re-painted and repaired the cabinets, and it looks like a new apartment!

We transferred one of our existing tenants into this apartment because they were looking for a 2 bedroom unit. Very happy about the change!
