This house was in pretty decent shape when we bought it, only one of the units needed some work. It's in a nice area so we did some higher finishes on it. Just needed some cosmetic work.

This one looks sharp! Refinished the hardwood floors throughout, new tile floor in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances for the kitchen, and fresh contrasting paint for the walls and trim. We wanted to salvage the original wood trim but previous owners had rolled paint on it all over so it was going to take too much time and money to re-finish.

We're happy with this unit, can't wait to rent it!
