This house was a paint and carpet job. House was in good shape, just looked a little dated. It was occupied but considerably below market rent. Tenants bought a house of their own which allowed us to turn the unit and list it for market rent (400/mo difference!)

New appliances, new paint, kitchen backsplash, and some new lights and it looks like a new place!
