Cottage

This house was completely disgusting! It had been completely abandoned for months. We did a new roof on the house and the garage in the back. 3 days after we finished the roof on the shed, a tree fell through and punctured it in half a dozen places! Had to patch that right away!

This house took WAY longer than expected but we learned a lot. We are very happy with the way this one turned out!

This one came out very nice!

New exterior trim, few new windows and screens on the enclosed porch! Did both the baths with new toilets, vanities, tile surrounds. New roof on house and shed. Every bedroom is LARGE with a closet! It feels much larger than it is somehow. Super happy with how it came out. Onto the next one!
