This was our first 5 unit building! Grabbed it off market with cash, 3/5 units need some light touching up, but all around not in rough shape! Light paint and carpet job but what a difference it makes!

After
3 out of 5 apartments needed some work. Some new paint and trim work with our new universal color pallet for projects came out great. Most of them were all in good shape, just needed some freshing up.

Apartment 4 is complete at online.
November 2021 Update
Apartment 1 is complete and online. Apartment 5 went empty, was turned, and is back online.
